By accessing or purchasing from Source22 Hair Extensions, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

 

 

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 


Customers agree to contact Source22 Hair Extensions directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.


Filing a chargeback after agreeing to our store policies—including our Return & Refund Policy—may be considered a breach of these Terms.

 

 

 

Fraudulent Activity

 


Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:

 

  • Filing a chargeback after an order has been delivered

  • Claiming an order was unauthorized after receiving or using the product

  • Disputing charges due to personal preference

  • Providing false or misleading information to obtain a refund

 


Any suspected fraud may result in:

 

  • Order cancellation

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors and financial institutions

 

 

 

 

Legal Action & Recovery of Funds

 


In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, false claim, or intentional financial loss, Source22 Hair Extensions reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover losses, including but not limited to:

 

  • Cost of goods

  • Shipping fees

  • Chargeback fees

  • Court filing fees (where applicable)

 


Legal action may be pursued through small claims court or other appropriate legal channels as permitted by law.

 

 

 

Proof of Delivery

 


Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.


Chargebacks or disputes for packages confirmed as delivered will be formally contested using carrier documentation.

 

 

 

Agreement to Policies

 


By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • Our Return & Refund Policy

  • Our Chargeback & Fraud Policy

 


Failure to comply with these policies may result in denied claims and loss of purchasing privileges.

 

 

 

Governing Law
