Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, worn, installed, washed, brushed, altered, colored, chemically processed, or otherwise tampered with.

We take pride in providing high-quality raw hair. For health, safety, and quality control reasons, all returned products must remain in their original, unopened condition.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at source22hairextensions@gmail.com.

To help us resolve your claim, please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received
• Photos of the original packaging

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened or used hair extensions
• Hair that has been installed
• Hair that has been washed, brushed, or combed
• Hair that has been bleached, colored, or chemically treated
• Hair with tags or security ties removed
• Clearance or final sale items                              
  

Fraudulent Chargebacks

At Source22 Hair Extensions, we take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If an order has been processed, fulfilled, and delivered, and a customer files a chargeback based on false or misleading information, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with all available evidence, including order confirmations, payment records, tracking information, proof of delivery, customer communications, and any other relevant documentation.

If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available under New Jersey law. This may include filing a claim in the appropriate court to recover the purchase price, court costs, allowable fees, and any other damages permitted by law.
